Scrub Junior – Shipping Policy

At Scrub Junior, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle processing, delivery, and related matters.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)
  • Orders placed after 2 PM may be processed the next business day
  • During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: 4-8 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

3. Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping on orders over £50. This will be clearly displayed at checkout when applicable.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

5. Delivery Issues

Scrub Junior is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for resending.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please check with neighbour's or your local delivery office
  • Scrub Junior is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • If needed, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier

7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost
