At Scrub Junior, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personal care items (if opened or used)
- Custom or personalised products
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/provider)
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect

5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos and your order number
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider (processing times may vary)
